NOTABIS Tools — HEIC/HEIF converter third-party notices

The browser-only converter uses the following locally bundled open-source software:

- @su-engineering/heic 0.2.0 — MIT. Its parser, browser decoder selection, transforms, and JPEG/PNG conversion code are MIT-licensed.
- libheif-js 1.23.5 — LGPL-3.0. It supplies the optional WebAssembly fallback.
- libheif 1.23.5 — LGPL-3.0. The upstream Emscripten release is distributed as a separate, on-demand bundle.
- libde265 1.0.15 — LGPL-3.0 (the upstream COPYING file also describes MIT-licensed sample applications).

The fallback is served from this site and loaded only when the browser's native and WebCodecs decoding paths cannot handle the selected photo. No photo is sent to these projects or to a remote conversion service. The fallback is emitted as its own dynamic build chunk, separate from the main application bundle.
