Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how NAB Tools (“NAB Tools”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit tools.notabis.com or use one of our online utilities. We designed the service around a simple principle: ordinary tool input should stay in your browser whenever the tool can process it locally.
1. Information you enter into a tool
Most tools run JavaScript in your browser. Text you paste, files you select, and values you calculate are normally processed on your device and are not sent to NAB Tools or stored by us.
Some tools require an explicit network request to work, such as DNS, IP, or other lookup tools. The relevant tool page should make that clear. A request to an external service may reveal the query, your IP address, or technical request information to that service. Do not submit confidential information to a network-enabled tool unless you are comfortable with that disclosure.
2. Server and security information
Our web server and hosting providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, date and time, requested URL, user agent, referring page, response status, and basic error details. This information may be used for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
NAB Tools does not provide user accounts, and we do not intentionally build a profile of your tool activity.
3. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, configured through our analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage and improve the service. Depending on the current configuration, analytics may receive information such as the page visited, referring page, browser or device category, and approximate location derived from technical data. Analytics is used for measurement rather than advertising personalisation.
Analytics configuration may change as the site develops. The analytics provider processes data under its own privacy terms, which should be reviewed separately.
4. Advertising
We display advertising supplied by A-ADS. Ad delivery may involve requests to A-ADS and may allow A-ADS or its partners to process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, the page containing the ad, and advertising identifiers or cookies where applicable.
Advertising is separate from the processing performed by the tools themselves. We do not give advertisers the text or files you enter into a browser-only tool.
5. Cookies and local storage
The Laravel application may set essential cookies used for session security, request protection, and remembering temporary browser state. These cookies are not used to read your tool input.
Advertising, analytics, or third-party content may set or access their own cookies or similar technologies according to their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some site features or advertisements.
6. Third-party services and links
Some tools may use an external API or lookup provider only after you use that tool. The site also links to external websites and may load third-party advertising or analytics resources. We do not control the privacy practices, availability, or content of those services. Review their policies before sending them information.
7. Children
NAB Tools is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the service to submit information belonging to a child.
8. Your choices and questions
You can avoid submitting sensitive material, disable cookies in your browser, use browser privacy controls, and avoid tools that require third-party lookups. If you have a privacy question or believe information has been handled improperly, contact contact@notabis.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, advertising, analytics, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
