These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NAB Tools at tools.notabis.com. By visiting the site or using a tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What NAB Tools provides

NAB Tools provides free browser utilities, calculators, generators, formatters, converters, and explanatory guides. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed as the service evolves. We do not promise that a particular tool or URL will always be available.

2. Responsible use

You may use NAB Tools for lawful personal, educational, and business purposes. You must not:

  • use the site to break the law, invade privacy, or infringe another person’s rights;
  • probe, overload, scrape aggressively, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the site’s security;
  • use outputs to facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, unauthorised access, or harmful activity;

3. Tool input and output

You are responsible for the information you enter and for checking the output before relying on it. A result from a calculator, generator, formatter, security utility, or game-development tool is provided for convenience and may contain errors, limitations, or assumptions.

Do not rely on NAB Tools alone for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, security-critical, or production decisions. Verify important results with an appropriate qualified professional or authoritative source.

4. Third-party lookups

Some utilities may contact an external service to perform a lookup or retrieve public information. Those requests are subject to the external provider’s terms, limits, availability, and privacy policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a lookup is authorised and lawful.

5. Advertising and external links

NAB Tools may display advertising and may link to or load services operated by other organisations. We do not control third-party content, claims, products, privacy practices, or availability. An advertisement or link is not an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation.

6. Intellectual property

The NAB Tools name, visual design, original code, written guides, and other site materials belong to NAB Tools or their respective licensors. You may use the public tools through the site, but you may not copy, resell, repackage, or reproduce the site or its content as your own without permission.

You retain responsibility for material you enter into a tool. We do not claim ownership of your input or of an output that is generated from it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we provide it on an “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, change the design, update dependencies, correct errors, restrict abusive traffic, or discontinue a feature without guaranteeing advance notice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NAB Tools is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be free from every defect or harmful component.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAB Tools and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss, or for loss of data, revenue, business, opportunity, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or our systems, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Your continued use of NAB Tools after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
